To ensure the integrity and live arrival of order it is important that you choose the appropriate shipping method as the weather cools down. The following shipping methods must be selected to qualify for our live guarantee during the cold winter

Purolator Express Shipping, Live Guarantee Overnight shipments ship out on Tuesdays for a Wednesday arrival excluding holidays. Please note that if your postal code has a zero in the second decimal position (S”0“K 1J0) this represents a rural postal code, and you will NOT qualify for overnight delivery.
- Standard Ground, Canada Post holds a 1-7 business day guarantee. Recommended only for dry goods, and live orders within Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Standard ground shipping within Saskatchewan is usually overnight or 2 business days. Delivery to Alberta and Manitoba is usually 2 business days excluding ship day.
- Express Air, Canada Post holds delivery within 1-3 business days excluding ship day. Recommended for all live orders outside Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Express Air shipments that are going to provinces outside Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba will travel by air meaning minimal exposure to extreme cold or hot temperatures, and travel at comfortable cabin temperature.
- Super Cricket Farms will perform precise temperature calculations on ship days. Calculations are made from drop off location to destination. Super Cricket Farms will pack orders accordingly to weather conditions and temperatures. We will add heat packs and insulate boxes if needed.
Ordering & Shipping
All guaranteed shipments will be released to ship only if the package can avoid the weekend wait. If your shipment is damaged in transit, do not refuse the shipment! Please accept the shipment and call us to make other arrangements. We ship Monday and Tuesday depending on the location and climate temperatures. Orders placed before 5pm CST Sunday will ship Monday. Orders placed before 5pm CST Monday will ship Tuesday. Orders placed after 5pm CST Monday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays). FedEx orders must be in before 5pm CST Sunday to ship out Tuesday (excluding holidays).
Please make sure you or someone is around to accept your order. If you do not personally accept your order and the package is left on your door step, we will not cover any DOA’s.
Super Cricket Farms real time shipping calculator calculates the exact cost of shipping to your desired destination. Once your address is entered your exact shipping cost will be generated and displayed. You will have the option to choose the shipping service you prefer upon checkout.

Weather Conditions
Crickets are warm weather creatures. If the temperature is too cold they will die. Super Cricket Farms will do everything in our power to make sure you receive healthy, live farm fresh live Crickets. During cold weather spells, we will add extra packaging or heat packs to your live insect shipment.
