(I am trying to rescind my 2 star rating I gave Super Cricket Farms yesterday). I thought most the mealworms I had received were expired by the time they reached me. Most weren’t moving around when I moved them to their new home or when I disturbed them. I ran into some technical issues when I tried to contact them directly, so when I received the ‘Customer Review’ email I saw it as my only option. I am so very sorry. I was emailed, almost immediately, by the Director of Operations (Bradley Gutka), politely explaining everything and asking for pictures to determine what was happening. It turns out, because I got the large (more mature) worms, they are entering the pupae stage…which is exactly what I wanted, to start a mealworm farm for my chickens!! Had I thought about it, instead of jumping on that review email I would’ve realized that (hello, grade 4 science class). Such a dolt. Bradley was very kind, an excellent communicator and just amazing to deal with. I will highly recommend Super Cricket Farms to all my family and friends who have chickens, small reptiles, bird feeders…
