- Size: Approximately 2mm – 4mm (Perfect for micro-predators).
- Convenience: 100% flightless and easy to contain—no messy escapes!
- Nutritious: Naturally high in protein and calcium.
- Easy Maintenance: Require zero daily care or feeding.
Description
Introduce a highly engaging, nutritious variety to your pet’s diet with our premium Feeder Bean Weevils. These small beetles spend their life cycles feeding inside black-eyed peas, making them incredibly hardy and a breeze to maintain.
Why Choose Bean Weevils?
- Stimulating Prey Drive: Unlike sluggish larvae, bean weevils are active walkers. Their constant movement triggers a strong hunting instinct in picky micro-reptiles and amphibians.
- Hassle-Free Maintenance: They do not require food or water outside of their culture media. They do not smell, and they cannot climb smooth glass or plastic enclosures.
- Hardier Than Fruit Flies: Bean weevils have a tougher exoskeleton, providing an excellent crunch and an excellent source of dietary fiber and protein.
🧬 Life Cycle & Culture Longevity
Each culture contains adult beetles alongside beans packed with eggs and larvae. As the older beetles reach the end of their life cycle, new generations will continuously emerge from the beans over several weeks, providing you with a steady, long-lasting supply of fresh feeders.

Horrifying but came in good condition lol
A much easier feeder than fruit flies. Super easy to raise and they are very prolific.
