The worms were shipped in a great container and my turtles are VERY happy with the worms. DEFINITELY going to be a repeat customer. And customer service is TOP NOTCH!!!
I’m not impressed at all. I am writing to express my frustration with your service. I have consistently experienced late arrivals and incorrect sizing with my mealworm orders. Because of these ongoing issues, I have always dreaded ordering from you and will be taking my business elsewhere. I order Giant mealworms and they’ve arrived late, they’re incorrect sizes and worst of all, they’re already curling up and molting into pupae. I refuse a refund before you even offer it, y’all offer it every time and all I say is I want my worms to feed my pets, maybe you guys can use that money to go and buy real giant mealworms, now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll take my business elsewhere. 👋
We are very sorry to hear of your frustration. However there can be some confusion between giant mealworms and superworms. Giant mealworms generally can reach a size of up to 1.25″ inches. Superworms on the other hand are the larger worm and will reach sizes of 1.5″ to 2″ inches.
