Sorry to hear, unfortunately this is a shipping issue. As indicated when placing the order ground shipping cannot be used outside of the green range on our shipping map. Ground shipping means the order is in the back of a cold freight trailer for long extended periods, and is only intended for things that are not alive outside of the green map range. You must select either Purolator Express or Express Air to ensure quick short cold exposure, as the order gets transferred from one airport to another while traveling at warm aircraft cabin temps. Come back to us in the summer and we will give you a credit on a future order.
